George Shephard
He contacted me personally last Harvest Festival told me that I he needed protection. And then he turned up dead. I'm solving this one out of regret and obligation but...also a hunch. Why would he need protection? How did he know about this whole conspiracy? He could be an important piece of this puzzle.

- Born July 24, 1970.
- Wife, Jessica, died in a car accident in 2006.
- Worked as an accountant at the Carter Company.
- Death by 'natural causes', but he was paranoid, saying that someone was coming to get him.
- Called me on 10/22/2020 requesting protection, telling me that I was one of the only human WCPD officers.
- I was too busy trying to investigate Torres Field that night. His blood is on my hands too.
- Why did he choose me? I'm human but I'm just one of several human officers.
- He seems to be the subject of Adam's newest puzzle chain.

Me: Yep, that's me. Why did you contact me this evening, sir?

G: This is George Shephard. I'm in danger. There are...people coming to get me. Creatures.

Me: Sir, what kind of creatures?
​
G: You know what kind, don't play stupid. Look, you're one of the only humans at the WCPD. I need someone to protect me.

Me: Can you please be more specific? I don't know if -
G: My life is more valuable than you can imagine. If I'm going to -
Me: I have my own matters to attend to. Now, tell me what exactly is going to happen to you and I'll see if I can send someone down to -
