Nathaniel Topas
Leader of the current Walker Creek Rebellion. Nothing is known about him. He's a mystery wrapped in an enigma. For it being my top priority case file at the moment, it's disappointing how little info I've gathered.
Notes
- Only became a prominent figure in November 2018.

- No face, only a distorted voice.

- Has been seen by rebels, but only the highest ranking ones. Still no face either.

- Inspired by David Trenson, Louise Peterson, William Thames, etc.

- Formed a rebellion with the leftovers of the 1989 Rebellion. How did he have connections to them??

- Attacked the Harvest Festival in 2019 with 21 Rebels; status of these rebels is unknown.

- Despises "Hosted" society (obviously) as seen in this message that spread through the department.
- The Department lists him as an active participant in the Feb. 4 Observatory attack, implying he was on-site.
- This was his second major attack. Why would he go on site for this but not the Harvest Festival attack?

- Closely related to the rebel known as "SANDERS". Finding him might be the key to finding Topas.
​
- I need more to go on.
